General Terms of Sale (GTS)

These general conditions of sale govern all relations between the company RAMEH ROBOTICS and its clients on the website www.ramehrobotics.com.

Article 1. Purpose
These general conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between the company RAMEH ROBOTICS and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.ramehrobotics.com. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these general conditions of sale.

Article 2. Products
The products offered are those featured on the site www.ramehrobotics.com of the company RAMEH ROBOTICS, within the limit of available stocks. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description representing its main technical characteristics. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot ensure an exact similarity with the product offered.

Article 3. Pricing
Prices appearing on the internet catalog products are prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. The company RAMEH ROBOTICS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4. Ordering and terms of payment
The buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary, validates the basket, then enters their delivery and payment information.

Payment is made securely via our payment service providers. Financial information is encrypted and is never transmitted in clear text.

Article 5. Retention of title
The company RAMEH ROBOTICS retains the full ownership of the sold products until full collection of the global price.

Article 6. Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of 14 clear days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be formulated with the carrier within three days of delivery.

Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by the company RAMEH ROBOTICS benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee of hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).

Article 9. Liability
The company RAMEH ROBOTICS, in the process of distance selling, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service break, or other involuntary problems.

Article 10. Intellectual property
All elements of the site www.ramehrobotics.com are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the company RAMEH ROBOTICS. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site.

Article 11. Personal data
The company RAMEH ROBOTICS undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer. All information concerning them is subject to the provisions of the GDPR. The user has a right of access, modification, and deletion upon simple request by email to: rameh2015@gmail.com.

Article 12. Settlement of disputes
These general conditions of online sale are subject to French law. For any dispute or contentious matter, the competent court is attached to the registered office of the company (Commercial Court of Soissons).

Article 13. Consumer mediation
In accordance with articles L.611-1 and following of the Consumer Code, the client has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of the dispute between them and RAMEH ROBOTICS.
